Lupine Hotel Room
Ranging in size from 270 to 370 square feet, these rooms have one king bed or two double beds and a marble bathroom; some rooms have showers only. All rooms are decorated in warm, rich colors and have DVD and video players, Bose radios, and Aquafina water. 

Columbine Deluxe Room
Ranging in size from 370 to 444 square feet, these rooms have one king bed or two double beds and standard bathrooms; several rooms have fireplaces (on request). All rooms are decorated in warm, rich colors and have DVD and video players, Bose radios, and Aquafina water. 

Larkspur Luxury Room
Ranging in size from 400 to 450 square feet, these rooms have one king bed or two double beds, sitting areas, and standard bathrooms, though some rooms have deluxe bathrooms. All rooms are decorated in warm, rich colors and have DVD and video players, Bose radios, and Aquafina water. 

Bellflower Junior Suite
Ranging in size from 565 to 600 square feet, these rooms have one king bed or two double beds, sitting areas, and deluxe bathrooms. All suites are decorated in warm, rich colors and have DVD and video players, Bose radios, and Aquafina water. 

Resort Fee
Vail Resorts Hospitality has begun packaging all resort service items under one daily Resort Fee, which includes parking, Internet access, and other services and amenities. At Austria Haus Hotel, this is a $30 daily charge per room.

Pets are not allowed at Austria Haus Hotel.

Please Note: Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forest. As part of this initiative, a voluntary donation of $1 per room for each night of your stay will automatically be added to your bill. 100% of your contribution will be forwarded to the National Forest Foundation. For every dollar contributed by guests, the National Forest Foundation will invest $1.50 in on-the-ground conservation. If you do not wish to make this contribution, simply let the front desk staff know and it will be removed from your bill immediately.

Deposit Policies
In the winter season, the first night of room and tax is charged to the credit card upon booking. This is refundable up to 21 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card 21 days prior to arrival. Inside 21 days the entire stay is non-refundable. In the holiday season, the first night room and tax is charged to the credit card upon booking and this is non refundable. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card 45 days prior to arrival. Inside 45 days the entire stay is non refundable. Cancellation Policies
In the winter season, cancellations may be made up to 21 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 21 days will result in a full forfeiture of the entire reservation value plus tax. In the holiday season, cancellations may be made up to 45 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 45 days will result in a full forfeiture of the entire reservation value plus tax. In the spring, summer, and fall seasons, cancellations may be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a full forfeiture of the entire reservation value plus tax.
