Austria Haus Fees & Policies

Resort Fee

Vail Resorts Hospitality has begun packaging all resort service items under one daily Resort Fee, which includes parking, slope-side ski storage, Internet access, and other services and amenities. At Austria Haus Hotel, this is a $30 daily charge per room.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in Austria Haus Hotel.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel at any time.

Please Note: Vail Resorts Lodging Company has partnered with the National Forest Foundation to support projects that improve and enhance the White River National Forest. As part of this initiative, a voluntary donation of $1 per room for each night of your stay will automatically be added to your bill. 100% of your contribution will be forwarded to the National Forest Foundation. For every dollar contributed by guests, the National Forest Foundation will invest $1.50 in on-the-ground conservation. If you do not wish to make this contribution, simply let the front desk staff know and it will be removed from your bill immediately.

Non-Holiday Winter Deposit & Cancellation Policies:
Applicable for the Arrival Dates: Nov. 18, 2011 - Dec. 18, 2011; Jan. 2, 2012 - Feb. 12, 2012; Feb. 26, 2012 - Apr. 15, 2012

Deposit of 10% of total reservation value will be taken at the time of booking.The remaining balance plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation outside of 30 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of your arrival date will result in a full forfeiture of the entire reservation value plus tax.

Holiday Winter Deposit & Cancellation Policies:
Applicable for the Arrival Dates: Dec. 19, 2011 - Jan. 1, 2012; Feb. 13 - Feb. 25, 2012

Deposit of 25% of total reservation value will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file 45 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellation outside of 45 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation within 45 days of your arrival date will result in a full forfeiture of the entire reservation value plus tax.

Summer Deposit & Cancellation Policies:
Applicable for the Arrival Dates: Apr. 25, 2011 - Nov. 18, 2011

Deposit: In spring, summer and fall seasons - no deposit is required.
Cancellation: In spring, summer, and fall seasons, $100 cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation is within 24 hours of arrival.
